Formula for Hepatitis B and C: Gan Bing Zhi Ben Wan This formula is available in patent form from the company BioEssence and is called Hepati-care pill. Some of the ingredients in it I use regularly, for example unripened Tangerine peel (Qing Pi), Licorice root (Gan Cao), Astragalus root (Huang Qi), He Shou Wu root, Scutellaria root (Huang Qin). Functions: Clears damp heat,invigorates blood, tonifies qi, nourishes blood, clears heat and resolves toxin, prelieves pain...Specifically designed for treating hep B and C. Also useful in hepatic cirrhosis.
